If you wish to return your scooter, you must notify our support team before the 30th day from delivery. Your scooter must be packaged in its original packaging and include all original accessories. All returns and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The scooter must also be in “as new” condition with no signs of wear. Please be aware that failure to correctly pack the scooter may result in damage on its return shipment. In these instances, we unfortunately may not be able to accept the return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund status.
