If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our support team. Please include your order number so that our team can locate your order as quickly as possible. Once this has been carried out, you will receive confirmation via email and your refund should arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
Please be aware that if your order has left our warehouse, we are not able to make amendments or intercept delivery. In these instances you will need to refuse delivery once the first attempt has been made. Our team will then process your refund upon its arrival back to us. Unfortunately, the shipping charges will not be refunded in this instance.
